HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM


 

We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, if you aren't though, don’t panic, you can return it to us for an exchange or refund, subject to the following terms.



 

HOW LONG YOU HAVE TO RETURN IT


 

The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt for an exchange, store credit or a full refund of the price you paid for that particular item.


 

Items must be shipped to FunKit within 14 days of informing us of your intention to return. Returns are shipped at the cost of the purchaser.



 

WHAT CONDITION MUST MY RETURN BE RETURNED IN?


 

Items must be returned in the same condition as they were when sent to you. This does not include the removal of an item from a plastic bag, but it does include the removal of tags. We reserve the right to refuse or diminish refunds if an item is returned in a worse condition than described at purchase.


 

We ask that great care be taken in folding and packaging the item to ensure minimal stress to any sponsor, name, number and / or patches that may be on the item.

 


 

ARE THERE ANY EXEMPTIONS?


 

The following items are exempt from these terms and we are unable to accept them back unless faulty: underwear (inc. undershorts, skins, compression shirts etc.), swimwear, flip flops, bathrobes, towels.


 

 

WHAT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?


 

It’s possible to exchange for an item up to or of the same value, as long as the new item is available on our website. If there is an item you are specifically interested in, let us know and we’ll reserve it for you once your return is confirmed as sent so you can secure the item you want and won’t have to buy it and then go through the refund process. Should you wish to exchange for an item priced higher than that you are returning, we will make it so that you only need to pay the difference for your new item.


 

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method to the card, PayPal or stripe account used to place the order.



 

WHAT SHIPPING SERVICE SHOULD I USE?


 

FunKit cannot be held responsible for returned parcels not being received. You are free to use whatever carrier you wish to but we would recommend sending parcels using a tracked service like the Royal Mail Tracked 48 which we use for most of our items which covers up to the value of £100. Should the value of the shirt be more than £100 we would recommend using a service that covers the full amount of the shirt. 


 

Make a note of the tracking number and provide it to us too in case it is required at a later date.



 

WHEN WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?


 

We aim to get it turned around in the quickest possible time but please allow up to 7 working days for your return to be processed. We cannot process any refund or credit prior to receipt.


 

 

Before continuing, please ensure the item or items you wish to return adhere to the above terms. If there is a problem with your purchase please contact us before initiating the returns process.


 

You will need your order number, date of purchase and relevant product codes (all of which can be found in your initial confirmation email or within your account dashboard)


 

To start the returns process please fill out the form below to notify us providing your name, email address, order number and detailing the reason for returning the item.


 

Await approval and confirmation of the next steps from our customer support team. This will be sent by email to the address provided in the form so please ensure this is correct.


 

Please include either a print out of your order confirmation email or a handwritten note with your order number and the confirmation code for the return to help the team to locate your digital form submission and process your return.


 

Ship your parcel to the address provided on a tracked service as mentioned above and await confirmation of processing from our returns team. This confirmation will be sent by email to the address provided.
